The development of micro and nano tech devices like MEMS comprises the system design as well as the configuration of an appropriate manufacturing process. Based on a comprehensive methodology the CORONA project offers a software environment that links commercial tools from both areas to a common design flow. In this workshop the companies Coventor S.a.r.l. and Process Relations GmbH will demonstrate their new tool developments for the software platforms MEMS+® , Semulator® and XperiDesk® for seamless MEMS product development. Participants may take advantage of “hands on” examples and discuss the tools and their usage with developers. Presentations, demonstration and trainings will include amply time for individual interviews and Q&A.
