Every MEMS device requires its specific manufacturing sequence. One approach to address this is to reuse standard unit processes and apply them unchanged in a customized sequence. But this approach has certain limitations. Alternatively controlled and virtually verified changes to flows and steps can be used to better match the device requirements.
