Design flow with XperiFication area selectedIs your development challenged by

  • Defective recipes causing equipment damage?
  • Recipe errors producing useless experiment results?
  • Recipe errors causing an excessive loss of resources and time?
  • Repeating recipe errors of the previous or current development?
  • Structural simulation capabilities functioning at less than optimum?

XperiFication is your solution

Can you imagine the value of being aware that a manufacture sequence test was going to fail before you executed the test? XperiFication’s consistency checking engine fills that critical development business need by permitting you to perform a virtual assessment of a newly created or modified process flow recipe prior to executing a live manufacture test sequence. Tests assessed as being pre-destined for failure can be deferred until the identified corrections are made.

XperiFication’s consistency checking engine uses customizable rules to validate the compatibility and completeness requirements of process steps. The rules can range from a simple prerequisite of a specific process step for pre and post processing to a complex combination of many rules, e.g., check for the presence or absence of specific parameters, process steps or even complete process flows.

XperiDesk provided verification flow

As you continue to use the power of XperiFication in subsequent developments, you will realize an evolving increase of development integrity and efficiency. Can you imagine putting an end to common errors like using invalid combinations of process steps, and the frustration of repeating the same errors in a previous or current development process? Stop imagining and realize the benefits now with XperiFication.

Need to support verification by simulation?

The XperiFication module of the XperiDesk suite has an open interface to accommodate external simulation software and another interface for Java Interpreter calculation models. Models for different simulators and various levels of abstraction, e.g., geometric, empirical, and physical, can be attached to each process step or process step group. Input decks for simulation tools are generated and the output from the simulation is automatically loaded into the system. No manual editing is necessary.

Challenges mitigated!

Features and benefits:

  • Assess manufacturability with rule based consistency check
  • Eliminate the repeating of errors
  • Prevent damage to equipment
  • Support TCAD simulation without manually generating input decks
  • Leverage existing TCAD-simulation tools
  • Start and control simulations from the same environment with no break in the design flow
  • Support model inheritance
  • Access result files from any client (results are managed in the context of the flow)
  • Archive results in the underlying document management system
